I reached out to CEO of Phoenix Staffing regarding my need for a strong candidate with marketing experience. David immediately responded to me and got the ball rolling- which happened to be the next day. The FIRST person they sent me was the right candidate from the get go, and we have hired this candidate. Working with other placement agencies in the past, I would usually have to run through several people and would typically not find the right fit. Phoenix Staffing listens to your needs and matches the right candidate from the beginning. Very responsive, friendly and professional organization. I would definitely highly recommend The Phoenix Staffing for any and all future hiring needs with my organization!

Jennifer Trusty is my work angel..... I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer several years ago when seeking employment and have been working with her every since...she has an uncanny ability of matching you up with perfect assignments. Definitely been a pleasure working for this company! I worked with Jennifer Trusty and she was able to assign work for me right away! My schedule has always been flexible, which is definitely a plus. I also have had the pleasure of working with different management companies and getting to know different managers and how several properties are ran. If able, I have the opportunity to work with different software systems which allowed me to adapt to any work place that I am sent to and demonstrate my skills and abilities obtained from previous properties. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Staffing if you’re seeking a future career in property management! You can most definitely gain a lot of experience in a short amount of time and could potential secure a permanent position by being a team player, producing quality work, and demonstrating a positive attitude with good energy at your work sites.

Jennifer helped get me work when I needed it, which was asap! Always upbeat with lots of energy. She makes sure to keep steady communication so we’re both on the same page with assignments. Best experience with an agency representative, by far... and I’ve had a few. Jennifer comes highly recommend.

Our temp for maintenance is very efficient and knowledgeable with great communication skills when completing turns, work orders and completed daily porter duties. Jack fit in perfectly with our other employees. He had a sense of urgency and I didn’t have to continually check in on his progress. Keeping him for the month, maybe hopefully permanently!

I worked for TPSC for an entire month and in that time Kaulana, the operational VP, demonstrated an impressive level of follow-through and organization. After my time there he even extended an offer for future ‘spot assignments’ if I should ever need additional work. This company is the perfect place for quick work while you’re in the middle of a job hunt. Everything was seamless from time card submission to assignment coordination. Bry, was a big help in terms of recruiting. Her energy was phenomenal and I certainly trusted her to find me a great full-time position. Having the opportunity to cross paths with some fellow temp agents confirmed that Phoenix Staffing only hires qualified candidates that are going to be the perfect fit for your property short term or long term.
